Freehold Township REC
runs a Spring Lacrosse
Program for boys and girls.
The spring program is will
consist of weekly games.
The program will be coed,
with the participants being
divided into groups
depending on age. The
games will be played with
soft balls and sticks will be
provided. Players only
need bring mouthguards
and appropriate shoes.
The LAX Season
The season starts in April and
continues to through late May.
REC Program Structure
There will be one session weekly,
usually held on Sunday
mornings. The players will be
divided into age and receive
training on game skills and rules,
and play one game each week.
Each player will be given a entry
level stick to use during the
season . The games will use
‘soft balla’ so the only equipment
the players need to bring would
be a mouth guard, water and
proper shoes: cleats or sneakers.
