| Central Jersey Lacrosse is sponsoring a maximum of four Boys Lacrosse Travel Teams this spring for players in 5th, 6th,7th and 8th grades, exact number of teams dependent on the number of qualified participants. | |

| When is the Season? | The season will run from March until early June. The final schedule will depend somewhat on the game scheduling. |
| Who's Eligible: | There will be a maximum of four teams:
- Up to two U13 teams for 6th Graders and below ( CJLAX Wolfpack U13) and is open to all REC program players. (5th and 6th Grade Players MUST be participants in a township sponsored Spring Rec program); - Up to two U15 teams for 8th graders and below (CJLAX Wolfpack U15) and is open to all 8th graders and below who live in Freehold Township, are in an area zoned to attend FT high school, or who have played in any CJLAX travel program or FT REC program in 2011. - ALL PLAYERS MUST BE MEMBERS OF US LACROSSE for the full duration of the Season. | When are practices and games? | The plan is to have 2 practices a week. The time slots available for travel team practices and games will be subject to game schedules with other travel teams. The schedule for practices will be mostly on Tuesday and Thursday evening and games will mostly be Wednesday nights and weekends, dependent on opponents. A detailed schedule will be published in Jan/Feb timeframe. |
| Where are practices? | Practices will be at Sandy Brook Park and Tighe Park. We are in negotations for the fields. Night practices and games will be on one of the front fields in Tighe park right at the park entrance. |
| How many games will there be? | We have scheduled about 18 games with other travel teams in the area. We will schedule a minimum of 2 tournaments for each team to play in. |
| How many people will be on the team? | The coaches will determine the final number of players, but rosters for travel teams range between 18 to 22 players on each team. |
| Who are the coaches? | Each team will have a head coach and suppporting coaches. Currently assigned Head Coaches are Victor Franco for CJLAX Wolfpack U13 and Victor Rivera for CJLAX Wolfpack U15. |
| What will it cost? | The estimated fee/player for each team will vary depending on uniforms provided, game schedule and tournaments played. No team fee/player is currently estimated to exceed $220. We are still working out the cost of the fields with the REC department but our objective is to minimize the cost of participation. Players must also sign-up to be members of US Lacrosse for insurance purposes. This is an additional cost of $25/player. |
